Toddler Recovering From Fall Gives Thumbs up From Wheelchair at Hospital

Raw video shows a 4-year-old toddler who fell from a second story window in Vista is recovering. Isaiah Coles was able to give a thumbs up while his mother wheelchairs him around the hospital. Video via Trinity Coles.
