Victim in Cliff Fall Remembered as Shining Light

The parents of an Escondido teenager who fell to her death after a rock climbing accident in Arizona say Makayla Castro was a shining light. She died Sunday, and her parents are back home. They spoke to NBC 7’s Artie Ojeda.
