City Council Holds Special TMD Meeting

San Diego’s hotel industry and Mayor Bob Filner have just ended their heated legal and political dispute over tourism marketing funds. Their announcement of an “agreement in principle” came during a special city council meeting. NBC 7’s Gene Cubbison reports.
