CVPD: Weapons, Explosive Devices Found in Apartment Fire

Police say they found Molotov cocktails, ammunition, gasoline, an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) and manufactured “zip” guns inside a Chula Vista apartment that exploded into flames. NBC 7’s Dave Summers reports.
