Chula Vista Parents React to Potential Teacher Strike

Chula Vista teachers rejected the district’s latest offer and are now on the last step of bargaining before they can legally strike. On Tuesday, the superintendent sent a letter to parents explaining why the offer is a fair deal. NBC 7 education reporter Rory Devine has their reaction.
