Pacific Beach Shops Burglarized

Two businesses in Pacific Beach – Luella’s Boutique and Chocolate Haus – were burglarized early Tuesday morning. Thieves threw rocks through the front doors and stole money from cash registers. NBC 7’s Chris Chan reports.
