Board of Supervisors Considers Free Speech Zones

The County Board of Supervisors is considering a proposal to create free speech zones, restricting free speech activities to certain areas in the Waterfront Park in Downtown. However, some supervisors worry this may infringe on First Amendment rights. NBC 7’s Chris Chan reports on June 9, 2015.
