Lifeguard Union Concerned Over New Dispatch System

For the second week in a row, the San Diego Lifeguard union is calling on the Fire Chief to address concerns about a new dispatch system. The Union worries that the system is confusing dispatchers, adding to response times. NBC 7’s Chris Chan reports.
