Investigation Underway Into Escondido Meat Market Fire

Officials have launched a criminal investigation into a fire that ripped through a vacant meat market in Escondido Thursday, causing the building to collapse and sending heavy, thick smoke into the air off I-15. NBC 7’s Chris Chan reports.
