Child Speaks at Father's Memorial

Investigators say Victor Saucedo, a 28 year old former sailor, was killed in a hail of gunfire inside his imperial beach apartment. At a memorial held the day after Saucedo’s death, his son spoke about his loss. NBC 7’s Tony Shin reports.
