Cause is Unknown of Increasing Cases of Mumps in San Diego County

The number of mumps cases has increased in the San Diego County. So far, this year 23 people have been diagnosed with the disease. Additionally, public officials are having a tough time figuring out what is behind this increase in cases. NBC 7’s Audra Stafford has the details.
