Carlsbad School Shooter Sentenced to 189 Years

Jane Scott, a parent whose child was at the school where a man opened fire, gave an emotional testimony at the sentencing of Brendan O’Rourke. He was sentenced to 189 years to life in court on Friday. Artie Ojeda reports.
