Report Reveals Taxpayers Paid for Stolen Batteries

According to a report issued by the City Auditor, San Diego taxpayers paid for more than $240,000 worth of automotive batteries and other supplies fraudulently ordered, paid for and stolen over the course of three years. NBC 7’s Wendy Fry reports.
