Capt. Details Riot at Donovan State Prison

Capt. Philip Bracamonte of the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, details the riot involving 50 inmates at the Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego County on Feb. 15, 2019. Ten inmates were hurt, including one who suffered major head injuries.
