Navy Sailor Killed in Syria Once Lived in San Diego

Senior Chief Petty Officer Scott Cooper Dayton, of the U.S. Navy, died in Syria on Thanksgiving from an IED blast. Dayton spent several years living in San Diego, and those who knew him here say he was a warrior. NBC 7’s Candice Nguyen reports.
