Family Sues Over Inmate's Death

Daniel Sisson, 21, died from asphyxia due to asthma whiule in the custody of the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department. Now, his family claims staff at the Vista Detention Facility ignored calls for help. NBC 7’s Candice Nguyen reports.
