Family Pleads for Leniency for Deported Church Preacher

San Diego-based church preacher Enrique Cervantes was recently deported to Mexico. His family, community and attorneys are pleading for leniency from the Department of Homeland Security, asking for something called “prosecutorial discretion” in his case.
