Man Barricaded Himself in Santee House in SWAT Standoff

A man with a gun barricaded himself inside a house in Santee, that lead to a SWAT standoff. It created a tense environment for the neighborhood, where most residents were trying to enjoy the holiday weekend. NBC 7’s Bridget Naso reports.
