Nearby Businesses Not Surprised by Border Tunnel

At the US-Mexico border, U.S. Customs and Border Protection is investigating a tunnel found in Otay Mesa. Nearby business owners tell NBC 7, they had no suspicions, but they’re also not surprised. NBC 7’s Vanessa Herrera reports from the US side where the tunnel was discovered.
