Plan to Transfer Migrants to San Diego Revived

A plan to transfer hundreds of undocumented immigrants from Texas to San Diego County has been revived. The immigrants are from Central America and the influx has created a major strain on U.S. Border Patrol officials in Texas. NBC 7’s Omari Fleming reports on June 27, 2014.
