Developing Dark Room Drama

A local photographer ordered an air conditioning unit for his dark room and after it was delivered he realized it was way bigger than the one he paid for. After being kept in the dark regarding his replacement, he reached out to NBC 7’s Consumer Bob and the NBC 7 Responds team for help.
