Resolution Found After Motorcycle Part Mix-Up

One Valley Center family was revved up after ordering a mini motorcycle part and receiving something totally different. The company they ordered the part from wouldn’t budge and threatened to turn the family over to collections, so NBC 7’s Consumer Bob and the NBC 7 Responds team and stepped on the throttle and got things taken care of.
