Family Charged After Verizon Phone Mystery

Kenneth Potter says he spent nearly 20 hours on the phone with Verizon Wireless over charges he faced for a phone he says he returned to the company. Verizon wouldn’t take Pottter’s claim seriously, so NBC 7’s Consumer Bob and the NBC 7 Responds team stepped up to the plate.
