Foreign Phone Plan Leads to Unwanted Charges

After purchasing a special cellular plan so she could use her phone in Mexico, Rosemary Fitzpatrick returned to the states with outrageous charges on her bill. She was in shock, so she called NBC 7’s Consumer Bob and the NBC 7 Responds team.
