San Diego Water Rates May Raise in 2016

We may be one step closer to paying more for water. The city is looking at a proposal that would raise rates by nearly 15% next year. But if we’re using less water because of the drought, shouldn’t we be paying less? NBC 7’s Consumer Bob is back from city hall with more.
