Bill Would Allow Veterans to Avoid DUI Convictions

A new proposed bill in the state legislature would allow military members and veterans to avoid DUI convictions. This could have big consequences in San Diego, with about 38,000 veterans living here. NBC 7’s Wendy Fry has more.
