Bay Area Rape Suspect Spotted

Officers in the Bay Area had asked Oceanside police to check out a rest stop because they’d been tracking Stephen Clark’s cell phone and its signal brought them here. When officers got into the parking lot Clark jumped over a fence and started to run. Kelly McPherson reports.
