Charges Pending in Fatal Crash

Timothy Barnette, the teenager behind the wheel of a Land Rover involved in a fatal crash eastbound on SR-56 east of Black Mountain Road Thursday, is under investigation according to the CHP. NBC 7’s Nicole Gonzales reports.
