Bank Standoff Ends Peacefully

San Diego police said a man tried to commit “suicide by cop” after he robbed a bank and forced a tense standoff Monday afternoon. It all played out inside the lobby of the Chase Bank on Balboa Avenue. NBC 7’s Artie Ojeda reports from Clairemont.
