Instagram Video May Show Start of Gate Fire

Chris Carvalho says he shot video that appears to show the beginning moments of a fire that started near the Gate Fire in Jamul around the same time. Officials are now saying the fire is under criminal investigation. NBC 7’s Astrid Solorzano reports.
