Mother Dies, Father Injured Protecting Daughter from Gunfire in City Heights

A man opened fire on his ex-wife and her family Sunday night in City Heights, killing the woman’s mother and severely injuring her father as they protected their daughter from bullets. NBC 7’s Astrid Solorzano spoke with the parents’ son who saw the whole thing unfold.
