Toddler Hit by Car in Escondido Suffers Life-Threatening Injuries: PD

The child, a 1-year-old girl, was playing with a balloon in an alley outside her home when she was hit by a neighbor parking her car. NBC 7’s Astrid Solorzano spoke with the toddler’s sister who tried to warn the driver that her sister was nearby.
