Homeless at San Diego River Hit Hard by Storm

The San Diego River was hit hard by a powerful storm on Feb. 27. About 250 homeless people live in the area. They are now trying to recover after what little they had was destroyed in the storm. NBC 7’s Ashley Matthews reports.
