Fallbrook Mother-in-Law Convicted of Killing Victim, Shooting Him 15 Times

A Fallbrook grandmother was convicted of first-degree murder, shooting her son-in-law 15 times. The woman, Cynthia Cdebaca, told investigators she would do it again. NBC 7’s Artie Ojeda reports.
