Army Vet “Danger to Society”: Judge

East County resident Michael Foster has had several run-ins with deputies including resisting arrest and assault on a peace officer. In court Wednesday, Judge Patricia Cookson took a look at Foster’s record which includes D.U.I. and resisting arrest, and ordered him to jail. Foster’s wife believes jail is the worst thing for her husband’s recovery from PTSD and gunshot wounds. Tony Shin reports.
