City Considers Rules Changes to Increase Affordable Housing

City of San Diego officials will discuss a list of proposals to make homes more affordable. Among the ideas to be discussed at a meeting Monday are changing municipal codes to construct secondary units and speeding up the permit process for new housing projects. NBC 7 Gaby Rodriguez reports.
