A Fundraiser for the Woman Who Lost Everything

Hooley’s Irish Pubs in East County will be taking donations for Alyssa Rakov. The pub will donate 25 percent of the proceeds to Rakov, who lost her mother during daughter Sunday’s officer involved shooting in El Cajon.
