New Proposal to Build Power Distributor in South Bay

The South Bay Power Plant in Chula Vista was demolished back in February. Now, there are plans to build a new power distributor on 12.4 acres just south of the previous facility. NBC 7 Investigates’ Wendy Fry has the latest on that proposed bayfront structure.
