SDPD Understaffed by 846 Officers

The San Diego Police Department is 846 officers below what it is budgeted to staff, according to a report presented to the San Diego City Council on Sept. 18, 2014. NBC 7’s Rory Devine has concerns from the police chief and the council’s response.
