Officials Seek Old Military Planes to Fight Fires

Two San Diego Supervisors say they have a solution to an air tanker shortage. They want the Department of Defense to transfer over seven C-27J Spartans, set to retire this fall, to fight fires. NBC 7’s Lea Sutton has more.
