U.S. Attorney Announces 46 Arrests in North County Drug, Gang Bust

There were 46 gang members with ties to the Sinaloa cartel arrested in a gang bust. Agents say the gang was responsible for 25 percent of the heroin sold and consumed in the North County. NBC 7’s Gaby Rodriguez reports.
