San Diego Reacts to Minimum Wage Increase

Governor Brown said he plans to sign a bill that will raise minimum wage in California. Minimum wage would go from $8 an hour to $10 an hour in 2016. As NBC 7’s Brandi Powell found, there is mixed reaction among residents and business owners.
