5,000 Water Bottles Deemed Political Sit in Mayor's Garage

The National City mayor told NBC 7 he has 5,000 water bottles in his garage that can’t be distributed to students as planned because of a semantics issue on the bottles. NBC 7’s Joe Little reports.
