Standoff Suspect Found Dead in Home

Lionel Silva II, 47, was found dead inside his Mount Helix home Tuesday after causing a 15-hour standoff with authorities. Silva had a self-inflicted gunshot wound. NBC 7’s Megan Tevrizian talked to one neighbor who watched the whole incident unfold.
