Mom, Kids Seriously Injured in Crash

A mother and her three kids were rushed to the hospital, after a minivan and a special needs bus crashed Monday morning. The crash happened at a busy intersection in Chula Vista. As NBC 7’s Megan Tevrizian explains, police say they’ve seen accidents at that intersection before.
