2 Hikers Rescued From Cliffs at Torrey Pines Amid Heavy Rain

Two hikers were rescued from the cliffs at Torrey Pines as heavy rain struck the region overnight. The downpour made the rescue operation a lot more challenging. NBC 7’s Ramon Galindo reports.
