Distracted Driver Causes I-5 Shutdown

Part of northbound Interstate 5 near Del Mar Heights was closed Sunday night. A distracted driver rammed into a van parked on the side of the road, according to officials. NBC 7’s Megan Tevrizian spoke to a woman who was thrown from that van.
