1 Killed, 1 Injured in Fatal Chase Crash

Sandra Zamarripa said she witnessed what happened after the crash and claims she heard officers laughing at the driver who was screaming for help. Another neighbor said officers were professional and did nothing wrong. NBC 7’s Brandi Powell reports.
