What Happened on 4th and 29?

Here’s the Chargers season in a nutshell. Trailing by 3, 4th and 29 in the fourth quarter against the Ravens. Ray Rice ran away from a bunch of Chargers and got a big block. The Chargers were one play away from winning. As time ran out, Baltimore scored the field goal to tie the game and send it to overtime. Chargers fans were outraged – demanding to know how the Bolts could give the Ravens the chance on 4th and 29.
