Longtime College Track Coach Steve Scott Retires

Steve Scott started coaching track at Cal State San Marcos when the school had one building, now the team is an NCAA D-2 powerhouse.  The legendary Scott is retiring next month, here’s NBC 7’s Todd Strain with more.
